What is Fingerprint Archiving?
Fingerprint Archiving service is available for individuals with frequent fingerprint requirements in various states.
Fingerprints are captured electronically and sent to our secure server for archiving. The Fingerprint Archiving procedure is protected, and individual’s information is always encrypted. Archived Records can be later accessed and printed on most state specific fingerprint cards and the standard FBI FD 258 cards, using our FBI certified printers.

Holliday Investigative Services’ partnership with PrintScan allows full access to Fingerprint Archiving service and is available for individuals and businesses with frequent fingerprint requirements throughout various states or agencies. Fingerprints and signatures are captured using Holliday Investigative Services’ state of the art Live Scan systems and transmitted to a secure server for archiving. When requests for fingerprint card submissions arise, Holliday Investigative Services can access the file and use FBI Certified fingerprint card printers to generate hard-cards. Hard-cards are considered equivalent to traditional ink fingerprints without the need to be fingerprinted again and again.
Holliday Investigative Services offers flexible Fingerprint Archiving subscription term options and fingerprints can be renewed or removed at any time! Information being stored is limited to name, fingerprints, and signature and we’ll never store your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or share it with third parties, so you can rest easy knowing your information is safe and secured!
